Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Reservation of funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds are held on your card or account until:
- We charge the amount when we dispatch the item, or
- The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
You can find more information about your specific card's rules with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount will not be debited from your card until the item is dispatched.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme. For more information, visit PayPal's website.
Shipping
Shipping costs € 9,95, but we offer free shipping on purchases over € 49. We ship with from our warehouse in Denmark. Handling time is one day with cut-off time at 12:00. Normal delivery time is 1-3 days.
Satisfaction guarantee
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of return when shopping with us.
The return period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
You have 30 days from the receipt of the item to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can create the return shipment at http://service.crazysafety.com.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.
Returns
Once you notify us of your intention to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item.
You are generally responsible for the cost of returning the package, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport.
Condition of the Item when returned
If the item has lost value because it was used in a way that goes beyond determining the item's nature, characteristics, and function, only part of the purchase amount will be refunded. The amount you can be refunded depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean only shipping costs will be refunded.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a reduction in the item's value.
Refunding the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the payments received from you, exclusing delivery costs within 5 days from the date we received the product.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We will withhold the refund until we have received the item.

Complaints
At Sports Group Denmark, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please note the following terms for complaints:
Spare parts service: If you experience an issue, visit http://service.crazysafety.com to contact our team. We will assess the issue and, if possible, send you the necessary spare part at no additional cost.
Complaints timeline: You must report issues within a reasonable time after discovering them and no later than 12 months after the purchase.
Shipping costs: If a complaint is deemed valid, we will cover any reasonable shipping costs for the spare part or replacement, provided the issue cannot be resolved with spare parts.
Privacy Policy
We require the following information when you shop with us:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and disclose personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.
Personal data is registered with Sports Group Denmark and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
We also work with various other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their purposes.
We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or countries that can adequately protect your data.
The data controller on www.crazysafety.com is Sports Group Denmark A/S.
You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, you may request the deletion of your personal data, for example, if it is no longer necessary for the purpose we collected it for.
