Returns

Once you notify us of your intention to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item.

You are generally responsible for the cost of returning the package, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport.

Condition of the Item when returned
If the item has lost value because it was used in a way that goes beyond determining the item's nature, characteristics, and function, only part of the purchase amount will be refunded. The amount you can be refunded depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean only shipping costs will be refunded.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a reduction in the item's value.

Refunding the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the payments received from you, exclusing delivery costs within 5 days from the date we received the product.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We will withhold the refund until we have received the item.
